		<description>I am a cake decorator. The only icing I believe that will hold up is one that has meringue in it. Any icing that has a shortening or butter in it won&#039;t make it in the heat. Those icings from Duncan Hines, Pillsbury or Betty Crocker, aren&#039;t stable enough. A homemade butter cream icing might work if you can display it in a cooler shady spot.
