For a homey touch, you can’t go far wrong with a dog. Dogs are smart and dependable, something that customers look for. Years ago beagles were a popular logo.

Another good logo for a vintage clothing store is a brightly colored songbird of some sort, perhaps a blue jay, or scrub jay. If you use my idea, and it works for you, feel free to send me some money.

Hmm..i like the idea of an elk..but i think its a little too similar to a&f, they may even sue you. Or else no one will like your brand , they’ll think ou copied a&f.

I kinda like the idea of ur symbol being that check mark you have on ur website. that would look kinda cool.

but i guess you want something new? rite?

BTW How much is the womens perfume? The website doesnt say. Also WHEN will you start selling clothes? WHERE is your store located?

Sounds really cool! Go with a pine tree, a dragonfly, a palm tree, a mountain lion, a candle with a tiny golden flame, a mountain ridge, or a dog, like a German shepard or a retriever or something. Anyway, good luck with your company; it sounds very cool. Let me know when the first store opens in Maryland because I’d like to check it out sometime! ; )

I am not a business major or graphic artist, but my first question would be “what does an elk have to do with vintage clothing?”

I ask, because in naming a business you want to come up with something that will brand you as a leader in your industry and that would make people think of your company the second they see the logo, right?

How about using your name and coming up with a logo that would combine the S and the C together with something that looks vintage?

As the old saying goes, “Keep it simple.”

You also might be able to get some free feedback from your local SCORE office.

An elk could be very cool…
Or a cougar, or a lynx
But I would pose it differently from the a&f one, to keep them from getting confused.
Or some kind of tree, like a pine… Or a kayak/ canoe
