Besides trampolines?
Or, any equipment that requires just as much activity (besides pools)?
Maxine, I’m sick of you.

she is in gymnastics 2 times per week. She wants a trampoline to practice on (because they use one there). I’m afraid of trampolines, so looking for a compromise, basically.
Des, where did you purchase your balance beam, if I may ask?
We do have skateboards and scooters (I even love those). ![]()
Oh my , that door thing sounds like fun! i want one just for me.
and yes s@hm.. this was comming..lol
lol
I figured this was coming.
have you considered one of those miniature trampolines, just for one. i agree with the balance beams or a tumble mat. I think thats what they are called.
They have those inflatable bounce houses that have 4 walls for small children. If you’re talking about like mats at the gymnastics gym, I would just let them play in the grass… If you need for them to expel some energy get them a jungle gym they can climb on and slide down etc.

You don’t need a trampoline for gymnastics. If they want to do gymnastics then enrolling in a traditional class will teach them the techniques on the mat and bars and beams.
Or if you are just looking for ways for your children to get exercise? How about biking or jogging? Skiing?

we have a gymnastics mat, a wedge mat, and a balance beam.
also consider jump ropes, pogo sticks, bikes, skateboards, and scooters.
* i don’t actually remember where we got it; we’ve had it for four years or so. it was from some random internet gymnastics supply site. It’s a low-to-the-ground version. I do also know a couple of families who have bars that wedge into doorways for kids to hang off of. Figured my kids would kill themselves on those.
