What european country/city is best for shopping quality, fashionable outdoor/mountaineer clothing?

I mean the best of the best.
(shoes/boots, jacket, etc).
Madrid in Spain. There is a street near Plazza tirso de Molina were they have a market on Sundays called El Rastro, there are about 30 outdoor shops on that street with lots of brands and high quality gear. Just the diversity alone is enough to warrant a visit.

Austria and Germany
I bought some great hiking boots in Munich and Austria is full of mountaineering shops.
