This question was put to a handy man on a local TV show.

Q, How do i remove paint from clothes? my husband works with paint he is always getting it on his shirts & jeans

A, Rub the stains with white shaving cream and then launder as usual. Do not dry until you’re sure the stains are gone.

Try this and see if it helps.

Try rubbing with a light sandpaper and then pouring a little dish soap onto it and rubbing with a toothbrush.

Depends on the product that you are using to paint with. Either latex or oil based. Both if it dries into the fabric you can’t get it out, because it also dies the fabric. If it is latex you can wash it out immediately with just water and try a toothbrush. If oil based and still wet, try a little paint thinner and then rinse the thinner out and wash it immediately.
