Bring a ball along and play kick ball, Monkey in the Middle, etc.
Go hiking and let the kids pick up leaves, sticks, pine cones, etc and then let them make a craft with what the found.
Go Fishing
Make smores, hot dogs, mountain pies, etc over the fire.
Let them help gather fire wood and whoever gathers the most gets the first smore, hot dog, etc.
Watch the clouds and see what kind of shapes you can make from them.
Go Swimming

1. Fishing- they might not want to sit for that long, however.
2. Shoot a bb gun- I never met a kid who didn't want to do this. If you don't have one, you can get one for 40 to 50 dollars.
3. Hiking
4. Riding in a canoe
